Financial Year Review. Year Ending March 2025

Over the past financial year, VivaMK has continued to grow and strengthen, achieved in one of the most challenging economic climates in recent years.

Rising costs, reduced consumer confidence, and ongoing uncertainty have tested businesses across the board. Many have pulled back, paused, or struggled to maintain momentum.

We chose not to.

We leaned in.

We invested, in our people, our infrastructure, and our product range, making a deliberate decision to stay ahead of the market rather than react to it.

Our Partner network continues to grow, with more individuals choosing VivaMK as their platform to build. That growth is not by chance, it reflects belief in the model, the opportunity, and the direction we are heading.

At the same time, we have expanded to nearly 3,000 SKUs, whilst maintaining stock availability consistently above 90%. In a market where supply chain disruption has impacted many, this level of consistency reflects strong operational control and a clear commitment to delivering for both our Partners and their customers.

Alongside this, the business has been supported through continued director reinvestment, ensuring we could keep building, keep improving, and keep moving forward without compromise.

As a result, the business has reported a short-term accounting position reflecting our level of reinvestment.

But let’s be clear, this is not weakness.

It is intent.

Without that reinvestment, the business would have reported a profit. Instead, we chose to put those resources back into building something stronger, more scalable, and more resilient for the future.

This isn’t contraction.

It’s construction.

We now move forward with stronger foundations than ever before, a more robust operation, an expanding network, and a business built to withstand and outperform in uncertain conditions.

In times like these, businesses don’t drift forward, they either fall behind or step up.

We stepped up.

This was a year of building in the face of pressure.

Now, we capitalise.

And as we move towards our 10-year milestone in 2028, everything we are building today is with that future in mind, stronger, smarter, and ready for what’s next!
