VivaMK Network Ltd does not take orders directly from customers.
All customer orders are placed through an affiliated link, where the VivaMK Partner earns a commission.
VivaMK Network Ltd processes all payments and fulfils all orders placed through these affiliate links.
VivaMK Network Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.
Ordering Terms & Conditions
- All prices stated are recommended retail prices. VivaMK Network operates on a single-price basis. The price displayed at the point of sale represents the total price payable by the customer, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, a refund will be processed for the unavailable item (including postage if the whole order is unavailable).
- Due to continuous product development, the goods supplied may differ slightly from those illustrated. Measurements, capacities, sizes, shades and colours quoted are approximate.
- Personalised items are made specifically to the customer’s specification and are therefore excluded from our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and the standard Right to Cancellation, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact ds@vivamknetwork.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products, excluding personalised items.
- Products may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Cosmetic items must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and cellophane intact unless the item is faulty.
- The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Right to Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must make a clear statement of your intention to cancel by emailing ds@vivamknetwork.com.
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods (at your own expense) in good condition within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation to:

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any additional fees for this reimbursement.

Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and location. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
VivaMK Network Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside of our control.
